Title IX at 50

The Program Reviews examine all aspects of the selected institution’s Title IX programming, beginning with the accessibility and organization of the Title IX information and whether there are complaints filed with the Office of Civil Rights concerning the institution’s Title IX program. The Reviews then turn to specific topics covered by Title IX: athletics, sexual misconduct, pregnant and parenting students, and LGBTQ students. Specific to athletics, the reviews dig into the data on the proportionality of men’s and women’s teams as well as check the NIL policy and the transgender athletes policy. In the area of sexual misconduct, the reviews examine the availability of information on the investigative process and describe that process. The Reviews conclude with recommendations for improvements.
