About Institutional Repositories

Institutional Repositories (IRs) bring together all of a University's research under one umbrella, with an aim to preserve and provide access to that research.

IRs are an excellent vehicle for working papers or copies of published articles and conference papers. Presentations, senior theses, and other works not published elsewhere can also be published in the IR.

About the Villanova School of Law Repository

In 2012, the Villanova University School of Law embarked on a project to create a comprehensive archive for our faculty scholarship, journals, historical artifacts, and other documents significant to the mission and objectives of the school. As of Summer 2015, the repository has grown to include over 26,000 documents, a large part of which are the opinions of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals from 1994-present.

Questions or comments about the contents of this repository should be directed to the repository manager
