About this Journal

Founded in 1991, the Villanova Environmental Law Journal is a student-run and student-edited national publication devoted to the scholarly review of issues in environmental law. The Journal serves as an interpretative guide and research tool for practitioners, academics, and students on issues of law in the environmental field. The Journal explains the significance of recent changes or developments as well as addresses the future of law.
